Green Accords Privacy Policy

Green Accords is a single-player game made by Hawk Sight Data LLC ("we"). This policy explains what information is collected when you play and why.

Information we collect ourselves

None. The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and we don't run our own servers. Your saved game and settings stay on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the game.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows a full-screen ad after each in-game catastrophe. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect:

  • device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA when you allow it

  • your IP address and approximate location derived from it

  • information about your device, the app and your interactions with ads

  • crash and performance data from the ad software

On iPhone, the game asks for your permission before any tracking across other companies' apps and websites, and works the same whichever you choose. In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states, the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change that choice at any time from Privacy settings on the title screen. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

Purchases (Apple, Google and RevenueCat)

You can buy "Remove Ads" to turn off ads permanently. Payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm the purchase and restore it on a new device. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for this app, and basic device information. Children

Green Accords is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we'll help remove it.

Your choices and rights

You can limit ad tracking in your device settings, change your consent from Privacy settings in the game, or buy Remove Ads to stop ads altogether. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete data held about you. Because we don't hold any data ourselves, please contact Google or RevenueCat through the links above, or write to us and we'll help.

Changes

We'll update this page and its effective date before any change to how data is handled ships in the game.
